The unit has an anchor on one end to be secured to a secure object, and 1 of 4 (included) attachments on the other end. Attachments include ankle, thigh, wrist and head anchor). Chain length can be adjusted. Maximum reading remains until the unit is reset. The strength reading can be viewed as pounds or kilograms. CE Certified. Comes in a protective carrying case.
